who says folk music can’t be hardcore?
When I have some free time (maybe after Christmas? In the car driving up to the Sault?) I want to take some time to learn the banjo. I bought one when I was in high school, but only ever learned a couple of basic roll patterns and chords. I’d like to be at least functional with the thing, y’know?
This picture makes me very glad that there’s a shop down the street where I can buy fingerpicks if I can’t find my old ones.
